CJP leaders Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka move Delhi High Court against extension of judicial custody

Cockroach Janta Party leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka have approached the Delhi High Court challenging a two-day extension of their judicial custody. They allege that the magistrate arbitrarily exercised powers under the BNSS and wrongly rejected their sureties.
